Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment Terms: a. A 20% deposit is required upon booking our cleaning services. The deposit can be made via a secure online payment via our website/Bank Transfer. b. Full payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service, either in cash, by credit/debit card, or through an agreed-upon payment method. c. In the event that access to the premises is not granted to our cleaning team, full payment is still required for the scheduled service.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. To cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. b. In case of cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost may be charged.
  3. Access to Premises: a. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our cleaning team has safe and unrestricted access to the premises at the scheduled appointment time. b. If our team arrives at the premises but is unable to gain access, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the service.
  4. Satisfaction Guarantee: a. We strive for customer satisfaction and take customer feedback seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
  5. Insurance: a. Our cleaning company maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect against unforeseen incidents and accidents during the provision of our services.
  6. Confidentiality: a. We respect the privacy of our clients and undertake to keep all client information, including personal and contact details, confidential and secure.
  7. Amendments: a. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any modifications will be communicated to clients in a timely manner and will not affect confirmed bookings made prior to the changes.
